Join us for Yarn and Yoga. This event will include a yarn project in support of the yarn and yoga theme. We will also be hosting a Yoga Instructor. For $5 you can learn yoga techniques to ease the aches and pains that go with fiber arts.

Bring your own lunch or visit one of the many restaurants downtown.

Big Love Sweater Knit-Along

September 11 & 25 and October 9 & 23

Have you always wanted to knit a top down sweater? Denise will assist you while you learn to find your knitting gauge, choose the correct size for your sweater, learn a short row technique, & to correctly pick up stitches.  She will also discuss blocking methods for wool yarns. This is the short version of the sweater Great Love. So, if you would like to knit a longer sweater you can.  


Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM 

No Fee, We ask that you buy your yarn at Reverie. Please call or stop in the shop to sign up.

Skill level: Basic Knitting Skills

Skills Learned:  Top down sweater construction; Provisional cast-on & Tubular bind-off; German short rows; Gauge; Picking up stitches and Decreasing.

Crochet Sampler Afghan CRochet-along

Join Maggie in September for the Crochet Sampler Afghan CAL (Crochet-Along). We will meet the 1st Friday of each month, beginning Friday, September 6th, 10 AM - Noon. Bring along a friend.  Learning is so much more fun with a buddy!

We will explore 12 different crochet stitch patterns, each in a 12“ block.  At the end of the CAL, you will learn to block your pieces and stitch them together. 

Skill level:  Beginner with basic crochet knowledge

Supplies:  Worsted weight yarn (10% off for project yarn).  Recommended yarn: Berocco Vintage, or Plymouth Encore Tweed. The pattern book is $7.70 + tax.
